Scientific Supply Direct Corp. is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 60-day return and exchange policy. All products can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 60 days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Include your name, order number, product details, reason for return, and preferred resolution.
Returns must be shipped within 10 days of RMA approval and include original packaging and accessories.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Replacements ship within 1–2 business days of receipt.
Original shipping, handling, and return shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer's responsibility.
Replacement shipping is covered by Scientific Supply Direct Corp. using the original shipping method.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All products sold by Scientific Supply Direct Corp. carry their respective manufacturer's factory warranty. warranty claims and repairs are handled by the respective manufacturer's authorized service center or directly by the manufacturer.
