Scientific Supply Direct Corp. accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details and reason for return.

Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of RMA approval, with original packaging and accessories. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer's responsibility. Replacement shipping is covered by Scientific Supply Direct Corp.
